There can be various ways of associating with this project. It can be by becoming a member of the heart care foundation or by spreading the information to source help from various quarters or by direct financial assistance for this cause.

This project referred above is aimed at financially helping 1000 patients to undergo surgical procedures in Kerala. Detail of the project is available at request for organizations, corporates, societies as well as individuals who would like to associate with this noble venture.

We, the chairman and the members of the trust request you to associate with the noble cause and take a lead in helping the poor and underprivileged.

Type One

• An organization can be an associate in this venture.
• A memorandum of understanding between the Heart Care Foundation and the respective organization is executed to outline and coordinate the activities.
• A heart surgery can be sponsored for an amount of Rs.25000. An organization can be an associate over a period of time.
• The HCF team at the behest of organization, makes presentations of the project by power point audio visuals to a group if it wants to know about this project.

Type Two

• An organization can participate by sponsoring fixed number of heart surgeries as a one- time association.
• The financial assistance for this purpose can be paid to the HCF as lump sum or in instalments

Type three

• An organization can participate in this programme by paying a fixed amount periodically. For example Rs.50000/- a month towards this cause. This can be collected from the members in small amounts and over a period of time. This would enable the organization to support a large number of surgeries.

Individual types

1. An individual can become a member of HCF by paying a contribution of their choice. Sponsoring heart surgeries automatically enables a person to be a member of the HCF. An amount of RS.25000/- can sponsor a heart surgery. Since the HCF donations are tax exempted, this advantage can be transferred to the individual donors.
2. An individual can sponsor a surgery on a special occasion. Eg. A wedding anniversary, Childrens’ Birthdays, Wedding Ceremony etc. This types of sponsorship would also add a spiritual background to the occasion and would give the members of the family a feeling of self satisfaction by participating in the problems of the less privileged
3. Individuals can locate a patient awaiting surgery near to where they live who need heart surgery and through the HCF they can execute the treatment for donating the appropriate amount.
