Was inaugurated byformer District Collector Mr.A P M Mohammad Haneesh in July 2007. We have done CPR programs in corporate houses, colleges, scholls, and companies like Cochin Shipyard, Cochin Port Trust, CMFRI, Police Quarters, Rotary & Lions Clubs etc. Booklets in English and Malayalam on CPR are released and supplied free during these sessions. A word of thanks is due to Messrs. Sunny Diamonds for supplying us the Omni van, which is being used in these sessions. Hitherto HCF has conducted more than 100 training programs under this project.

We were successful in fixing the AED's at the arrival and departure terminal of Cochin International Airport with the support of Opto Circuits India Liited and the IIEMs and at the  Paltform No: 1 -Ernakulam South Railway Station. We have aslo convinced V-Guard group to have one AED fixed at their Wonderla Theme Park and it will be done by this year.
